BobP Posted April 13, 2016 Report Share Posted April 13, 2016 I use VMC, Gamakatsu, and Mustad KVD short shank trebles (the KVD's are not round bend). I generally prefer Gamakatsu but the VMC's are cheaper and their short shanks are actually a little shorter than the Gamy's. Sometimes fractions of a millimeter make a difference when you want trebles that won't foul each other. I refuse to fish a bait with hooks that foul, so buy a variety of brands, styles, and sizes to have trebles that will fit any bait. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
