Roadkill
Does anyone know where I can find Brass Lure Bodies in the 1, 1 1/2, or 2 ounce range. I've looked at Worth, LPO, Janns, Barlows with no luck. Any help appreciated.
LimpNoodle
Haven't seen them in that size and just the thought of the price makes me nervous. IMHO if you need that kind of weight look at lead.
LimpNoodle
There are basically three companies that produce brass lure bodies in the US. Hagen's, Worth and Lakeland. The heaviest I've seen is in the range of .5 - .6 ounces and those are going too run you anywhere from $0.65 to $1.20 per body if you buy by the thousand. toadfrog
If your looking to do something that big I have used a bottom bouncer mold . Turned out well , but that was just for grins and giggles .

Roadkill
Thanks to all you guys. I can always count on good info here. I found that I can use 2 brass weights in the 3/4 ounce size and place them back to back on the wire. Works great. Again THANKS!!!!!!!
