Falcon104
I have some spinnerbaits and jigs that I want to paint and was wondering what would be a good paint or powder paint to use? This will be my first attempt at this. Thanks for any help Falc
legal limit
I like pro tek powder paint, pretty hard to beat for how easy it is to use. Also comes in a wide range of colors, and you can also add glitter good luck
Richoc
Do you want to: spray? dip? brush? or powder coat?
Celticav
Welcome aboard, your post sounds like the situation that got me into this stuff way back, heehee. If your just doing a few baits this one time try some spray model paint (over a good primer) and top coat with devcon 2ton epoxy, you can get it all at any wal mart. If your going to be painting long term then powder pro tec is my recommendation; little tricky at first but is the choice for me: no primer or topcooat needed and super durable. Jig Man
I am kind of a rummy/dummy here but I like powder paint.
brian ranger619
Falcon if you use powder paint for spinnerbaits make sure you have enough room to run the bait through the paint. I use a tuperware dish about 4"x8" for spinnerbaits and for jigs I use the jar. see ya!! brian
