Closest I have seen is Skirts plus 806-B Deep Blue with 2 Sides Blue Foil Note the background is marked as deep blue but their website looks similar to your pic. You might find the color by referencing the GLC fishing site then ask Charles at Fishingskirts.com if he can get it for you.
