Salt Or No Salt

Trying to get a grasp on what baits are better with salt or without. What's everyones thoughts on salt in tubes? What about craw type baits or even finesse worms for that matter. I do put salt in my sticks.

I use salt in my Sticks and any other bait that I am looking for a more neutral buoyancy from.

I do the sticks and jerk baits for a fall rate.  The finesse worms I leave it out to get the buoyancy so the tail either slowly falls or remains up.

I don't put salt in anything, although I do use a sinking additive for my stick baits and sometimes in my centipedes. Any other bait I don't put salt in because I want them to float up or fall as slowly as possible on the bottom. Basically anything I fish weighted I don't salt. I have been thinking about adding some salt to my frogs to make them a little heavier so they will cast a little further.
