tompowers535
I'm looking at a few Hogs or "creatures" from Enforcer Molds but am having trouble deciding on the size. Any opinions on which you prefer 3" or 6". I'm considering either the 3" Hawg creature or 6" Hawg. Or any other Enforcer molds you recommend. I have his Ring tail worm, ribbon tail worms (3 sizes) and his frog mold.
Bassinfool
3" brush hog is really small. If it were me, I would want the 6" bait. You can always cut it down and make it smaller if you want.
FATFLATTIE
Send him a message and ask for some samples. He will send ya some if you pay for shipping I believe. That way you can have the lure in your hand before you make the investment to buy the mold. That would be my advice.
Apdriver
We like the baby brush hog but it's a 4" bait, I believe. Kept my eye out and picked them up used.
FATFLATTIE
I havent tried Enforcers hog baits but I have Bob's 4.5" hog molds and I probably caught as many fish on that in the last year as all my other lures combined. Hogs are a very versatile bait and imitates a lot of different forage.
tompowers535
Thanks for the input. I just noticed that Enforcer has a 4.5" hog very similar to Bob's. I will stick with Enforcer Molds instead of Bob's though. If I order tonight or tomorrow he will ship out Monday morning and I will get it by Thursday. I ordered the 702 Craw from Bob last Saturday and haven't even received a return phone call or email just to get a shipping date. I know every mold manufacturer is busy but a simple email would be nice. Thanks again for the input
Apdriver
Tom, you will like that 4.5. Same size as the baby brush hog. Fish just eat those.
tompowers535
Thank you. I'll order it tomorrow when the wife is not around. LOL. She just doesn't understand
Bassinfool
4.5" is ideal, that's what mine is. You're going to be waiting a minute for that 702 craw mold unfortunately.
tompowers535
Yeah, I figured I would have to wait a while. I guess you are busy when you produce a good product. My first choice for molds is definitely Enforce for the quality, price and customer service.
Frank
Basstackle has a few sizes available also, more of the traditional ones.
Les Young
I really like my basstackle mold. The bt flippin hog shoots we'll & produces a very nice baby brush hog.
tompowers535
Thanks, I'll look at the BT Hogs more. Basstackle has good customer service like Enforcer does.
