Welcome' date='

What are you going to be making? I mostly make soft plastics and am going to start painting hard baits as soon as I get some free space [/quote']

i'm gonna start with soft plastics, cheeper startup I think.. Then move into cranks, jigs and spinners. mainly plan to makem for my fishing / tourney partner and myself. we have probable both spent $300+ this year so far on lures alone.

Always glad to have another from Tennessee!!!

What part of TN you in? I'm just south of Knoxville

Hwy,

I would'nt [plan on making platics cheap, buy the time you buy a few different molds I would reccomend having 10 cavities of each style or it becomes a pain. A varitey of glitter and coloring plastic plastic additives. Your looking at some real money! I think painting would be cheaper a cheap air brush is 40- comperessor 50- a few paints and top coat may turn out cheaper. I have found in plastics there is always a color of coloring or glitter you dont have and it sucks because you have to order it you cant just go to the store and buy it like paint.

And 300+ this year is nothing, I have spent more than that this month just ask CJ! Just wait till you get addicted

Anyway good luck and be sure and post some pics once you get going.
