Bruiserbeagle
I know they are the same length...what are the biggest differences between the two and which do you like better and why? Thanks in advance
Walking Dead
Have them both. Both molds are great and the baits for both are fish catchers. Many ask for the 706, I think, because it is close to the rage craw. I use it more as a trailer and the 702 on a naked jig head. Both are great. If you can, get them both.

FATFLATTIE
I believe the 702 will kick harder. Just remember more "action" may not always be better depending on the situation. I have the 706 and it had action but it doesnt cause so much drag in the water that it keeps my jig from getting to the bottom. I fish rivers mostly and a craw with a lot of plastic in the claws and "crazy action" keeps my jig from getting where it needs to be before it gets swept away by the current. I'd recommend getting some samples of both, fishing them and then make a decision. That way you don't end up with something that doesn't fit your needs. ipt
they are both similar, the 706 is more compact and the 702 has bigger flapper claws. i personally think the 702 has better action at slower speeds, but they both have their time and place.
Bruiserbeagle
Anyone have some samples I can try?
hpssports
I've always had better luck with the 706. I know we sale more of the 706 than the 702 followed by the do-it Mud Bug. I've caught lots of fish on the Mud Bug.
Bruiserbeagle
Just by looks I think I'd have more confidence in the

Saugerman
I have both molds, but for me it's the 702 hands down. Just a matter of personal prefference.
mark poulson
Dumb question time. Why won't the 706 claws do the same thing, if they're poured from the same plastic?
MonteSS
The tips of the 702 are big and bulbous. Therefore more floating ability Similar to the bulbous tail on a trick worm which helps it stand more tail up Edited July 27, 2016 by MonteSS

tim12
I fish smaller rivers mainly. I was looking at the 702 craw is the 3 inch or 3.75 better. Im wondering if the 3.75 will be to bulky?
