MonteSS
Had this very thin metal in my basement. Forgot what it's called. Flashing?Cut to size of mold with scissors. Marked holes and drilled them. Cut nozzle slot with scissors. Took like ten mins.Clamp between mold and shoot. Bonus is you get eight haves rather tha four from a traditional plate. Put halves back in mold and shoot second color.

Chuck Young
Nice idea. How fast do you have to work so the two halves join? Or is this a none issue?
MonteSS
I made 24 halves in white and put them aside laying flat. I then started putting them back in the molds and shot the back. I do the white first because I shoot the darker back color at a slightly higher temp that would possibly discolor the white. Total time to make 24 baits was about an hour Edited August 2, 2016 by MonteSS
