GB GONE
Got a few molds from Ebay and wasn't sure if I need to do anything special (remove baits slower from mold, heat mold, etc.) with these molds vs. the aluminum molds. Any advice appreciated!!! Jim
siebler_custom_baits
depending on the baits you might want to pour some blank baits just to heat it a little.
Tm Customs
Did you buy them from norcalfishing on ebay? If so I would suggest re-coating them w/ fiberglass resin becuase he coats them w/ clear nail polish and it tends to be kinda sticky. GB GONE
on them first, just to be sure the baits release. Jim

Jim the silicone molds should be good to go fresh out of the box (if new) If you pour alot of scent & salt, I'd wash em up with soapy water after your pouring session. PS. store them on a flat surface & dont stack too high to avoid distorting the molds. redg8r
Tm Customs
Red, I did'nt catch the sillicone part, The guy how sells them on ebay uses Plaster A paris and makes them. Taylor

siebler_custom_baits
i was gonna ask why coat but i figured id let it slid incase it was something that made them better. And using a spray of a worm oil or something to that effect on larger silicone molds will make it so preheating isnt always nessisary and you wont get the little bubbly things on the sides ( ex. Swimbaits)
