Bts Molds Still Going?

Anyone had recent contact with them or received an order from them within the last 2 weeks? I've seen that they appear not too responsive lately. I emailed them and called. Neither worked. Just trying to figure out if I should cancel a pending order and try again after they get back on track. It's unfortunate to see a business struggling like that.

I don't know what going on there, I ordered a mold over two weeks ago, got an email response after a few days that my mold has been shipped, I still don't have it but that part is not his fault, the USPS should of had to me by now. But all together that makes just a hair over two weeks for a mold

I have had great service from them in the past but not any more, I'm sure they are very busy but the manner in which they are handling this is a total failure. Think it's Bait Junkie that strait tells you that there is a two week wait for molds. It would be better if he did the same then customers would understand and not bug the crap out of him, look I like his mold, one of the best but his customer service is lacking

I hope he is well cause I do live his mold, mostly his swimbait molds but I rather go to Do it or Enforcer molds as they have much better customer service, enforcer is a one man operation in Canada and he is on top of everything and his CS is top notch, possibly the very best

YES he is still going. I spoke with him on I think Monday. I made contact again with him today about some molds I was needing. He is short handed at the moment. He was away earlier this week, due to being with his son visiting his new grandchild he is now a grandpa! He assured me he is going to try his best to get caught up on molds and emails. He is a super nice guy to talk to and makes great molds.

Just wondering, why does he respond to you multiple times in a week but not to others for weeks on end if at all? I have said this in other threads about this exact topic, that is just terrible customer service. It conveys to the customer that they are not important and that is a pretty awful way to do business. He makes a fine mold for sure, I love every one I have from him. I just think he needs to find some way to respond to people giving him their hard earned money.
