10 days and your going to the attorney General.... Tuff Crowd...

I'm 2 weeks into mine with bears baits. My only frustration is the mold I purchased went on sale and I emailed about a possible price adjustment since mine hadn't been shipped yet and nothing. I waited 4 days and called yesterday. I haven't heard back but I understand that he's behind.(had I known he was behind because of flooding I would have waited to order) The mobile app didn't show his message that he had just resumed shipping. No harm no foul there. Just wouldn't mind at least a reply to a question once in a while. Fishing is pretty well finished up in November. Hopefully I can get some kind of craw mold by then.  What's hurting me most is the Fire red I'm out of and needed off that order. Do you guys carry that?

His reputation for poor communication and excellent baits is all well and good.

By not acknowledging my order much less when it might be filled speaks volumes about his indifference to me and my order.

In my opinion your (over) reaction is not logical, but emotional. This is by no means meant as criticism.

You have a set of expectations with high standards, and almost certainly live your life by those standards. But based on your comments, you are offended when others do not share your standard.

The logical error is, with ample evidence, provided on this forum, of what to expect from BTS you continue with unfounded expectation.

It is highly unlikely that BTS will change. That leaves 2 choices 1.) accept that there will be delays and poor communication. 2.) do not order from them.

What I didn't say is that my order was made weeks ago and the credit card cashed on the 4th.

There is a third choice and that is to contact my bank and resend the transaction which I will do on Monday.

Placed an order with BTS on 9/28/16 Got it today. Bob's communication skills aren't the best but he makes some great stuff! A little patience my friend, he will get your stuff to you.

I should have pulled my order from Bear's baits and got the craw from Bts. Anyone know if they got everything straightened out down in Louisiana? (I know someone will say you should have read the website he told folks he was behind. In my defense you don't see that message From the mobile site.) Nobody's fault on that one, more or less dumb luck is all. Still understand the frustration of no communication. Refunds and being butt hurt aren't going to do me much good. Just wouldn't mind having an update.

agree samatis.  the process of a quality mold is not like going through a drive through.

 

Difference between a burger from Raunchy Ron's and a quality sit down restaurant. Made to order, quality checks take time.

I'll take average quality with good customer service over the highest quality with no customer service. I'm not necessarily putting that statement on any of the mold makers, it's just how I feel about anything. I like going to a place called Dickey's BBQ. I live in the Kansas City area and there's far better food elsewhere such as: Gates,Oklahoma Joe's,Arthur Bryant's the list goes on. I go to this specific Dickey's because there's no better customer service anywhere. Walk in and folks are kind and ready to take care of you. It's a good feeling when you know the person across the table is like that. I hate to sound like a broken record but so far Do-It has been my Dickey's so far. With the variety of molds available I hate to limit myself to just one brand. But it's awfully difficult to want to pet a dog that's bit you before. And so far I've learned a couple of things. One of which if you need anything fast there's a few places that can do it. If you email someone with a question chances are you won't get an answer. If you call don't expect anyone to answer or call back.

I apologize for the long winded response, probably could have summarized it in the last 3 sentences. Lack of sleep, and too much stress.
