smalljaw
Contact your local IRS office, they will tell you what you need. Every state is different so nobody can give you an exact answer.
mark poulson
From my experience, calling the IRS is like stepping in dog crap and then walking across a white carpet. If you're going to make a business of lure making, find a local CPA who handles small businesses, and pay them to help you. You'll need their help eventually, and it will be money well spent.
smallmouthaholic
My CPA didn't even know about form #637. My local I.R.S. agent was very helpful 11 years ago.
BLT
I did my EIN and excise tax numbers online if I remember right. State one also now that I think about it. The quarterly 720 form you can download online, type it in and print it out. Just make sure you get the updated one. EironBreaker
I even had an IRS agent come to my shop to take a look at what I make before I was given the green light. Not a big deal, lady was pretty nice and was interested in what I made.
