Super Ron Posted December 5, 2016 Report Share Posted December 5, 2016 Hey guys, I am not bad mouthing by any means because I understand with some of this hobby you deal with very small companies to get certain things. But I made a purchase through lurelayouts.com a the day before Thanksgiving. Given the holidays and such, I would understand a little slow. However, I have sent 3 different emails to find out if the items have been shipped as they have been paid for. I have not gotten a response. Would anyone here know the owner or maybe have a contact phone number as one is not listed on the website? Just want to contact to see where I stand on the order. Sent several emails and made multiple phone calls with absolutely no success. They had some stock stencils I was interested in as well, but the lack of communication made me leery of doing business with them.
