RayburnGuy
Hey guys, I know this has been discussed and I tried using the search, but couldn't get it to work. Can someone post a couple links to where I can find string glitter in a fairly small size? thanks, Ben
Frank
Here you go. It's the black but the key is the size .062x.015. That's the smallest. https://www.ispikeit.com/p-693-black-4201-string-cut-0062-x-0015.aspx

RTM
http://www.barlowstackle.com/Whisker-Glitter-P1494.aspx hope this is what you are looking for. Stuff is pricey. I sometimes find it at Walmart in limited colors, but I have zero issues with almost all craft style glitters.
RayburnGuy
Thanks RTM. I was thinking of using it instead of regular glitter on some cranks so it really doesn't matter what it's made of since it won't be subjected to heat. mark poulson
Ben, This has mylar bits in it: http://www.ebay.com/p/Sally-Hansen-Xtreme-Wear-Nail-Polish-440-in-The-Spotlight-Holographic-Bars/1900098362?var=451584740444
RayburnGuy
Thanks Mark. I've got some of the In The Spotlight nail polish. That's what made me think of getting some string glitter. I can't seem to get a smooth coat with the nail polish. For some reason it always ends up being lumpy. Not that it matters, but it just bugs me. Ben
mark poulson
I get the same thing. I have to use long strokes, and be quick. Try adding a little acetone to thin it.
