Les Young Posted January 2, 2017 Report Share Posted January 2, 2017 (edited) If doing by hand for yourself you can use the deluxe plastic cutter( 2x138) from lurecraft & smack it with a rubber mallet while lying on something like a plastic stylecutting board. It's what I do & it works fine as long as you dip the tail section to be cut in wormoil to lubricate it. DaveMc explained it to me. Works great as you can see.
