gliders
Richard or hughesy ,or anyone else ,out of interest, is the polytranspar shimmer basically a transparent colour with pearl pigment ? Or a transparent colour with coloured pearl pigment. Cheers.....glider
Hughesy
It is transparent color with colored pearl pigment. It comes in green, red, blue , violet and gold. The darker the back ground color the more the colored pigment shows up.
gliders
Thanks hughesy, looking again at polytranspar shimmer colours, its iridescent rather than pearlescent,so I suspect the iridescent pigment will be more transparent than pearl pigment ,will investigate further! clemmy
Trust Hughsey, To me the shimmer sounds like interference colors. They show a lot better on dark backgrounds. clemmy
gliders
Clemmy it Definitely looks and sounds like an interference pigment to me ,the interference pigments are different and colours are achieved slightly differently. Interesting stuff........cheers...glider
