Fisheye48
I get small bubbles after adding in my color and stirring it in. I've tried letting it sit for a little and letting the air bubbles come to the top the drawing it out to inject it. Still get air in my baits. Ive tried stirring with knifes, spoons, a thick piece of stainless wire. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Walking Dead
You using salt? Fresh plastic or reheats? Brand?
Fisheye48
no salt, fresh M-F plastic
Walking Dead
Not any idea unless humidity, maybe? I use a spoon to stir when I use the microwave and no issues unless I am reheating some old plastic for TRASH baits.

alsworms
Moisture must be taken in somewhere because I've never heard of bubbling problems with MF
Baitjunkys
Any brand plastic can get bubbles stirred in. Sounds like a injector issue to me. Edited February 14, 2017 by Baitjunkys
Frank
I have had that happen and it sound funny but it's the colorant that does it. Some peoples colorant does that. Try and let it set and get a skin on top, remove it and inject again see if it is better.
SMX
Fisheye are you adding the colorant before or after you heat?
jeff@mf
Colorant will for sure add bubbles they are correct again, try without or another color, I also see glitter, and polyester molds bubble while aluminum didn't within same 5 minutes. I have seen scent do it too. Who's color? jeff@mf

txmedic033
I also get bubbles in my MF saltwater plastic. It bubbles less than the Do-It plastisol I previously used, but it does bubble. I use it to dip my swimbaits in after I apply my eyes and they routinely have bubbles on them. No color, glitter, or other additive is added. I mostly hand inject so the bubbles are rarely an issue, but they are an issue when I pour baits. Baitjunkys
I doubt you will ever find a brand that wont bubble eventually from one batch to another. If you do, Buy it, and keep buying it. There is far to many variables involved. Simplest solution, buy one of these. https://www.bestvaluevacs.com/bvv3g-sm-rs1.html
