Sudd
I've been reading that glassware like the new Pyrex and Anchor are not to safe to use in microwave. Are there other better things to use to cook plastisol or will I be ok with my Anchor measuring cup?
Frank
You will be fine with the new Pyrex or anchor cups just remember when you take it out of the microwave do not set it on something cold. You will have problems them. Amazon has some cups made the old way but they can be a bit costly. The four cup ones that anchor or Pyrex make are around 5-7 each. The ones from Amazon are 20. The name of the cups arcusine borosilicate glass measuring cups. Edited February 27, 2017 by Frank
Jig Man
I haven't had trouble with them but don't really care for them so I bought Nor Por silicone cups. I can't keep them hot like Frank does but I only pour small batches.
