wallyc14
I ordered one of the 5 inch molds and have a question for those who have this mold. What do y'all do to seal up the tail once you remove the insert? Thanks in advance.
Walking Dead
I have a couple of different molds that have holes that I use a soldering iron/gun to touch and hold together.

Walking Dead
Wally, I do not have this mold but a couple of others that have holes. I suspect with the correct tools it will laminate.
wallyc14
The sprue is a long sweeping 90 degree bend I guess I'll try with my prolam and see what happens. Thanks again wd
Frank
I had this mold many years ago and it will laminate just try and keeep the temp of the plastic as low as you can with slow even pressure. Some mixing will happen but it won't be bad.
