AZ Fisher Posted March 7, 2017 Report Share Posted March 7, 2017 I've used them Monte. Pearls are metallic and shimmery, where as iridescents have more luster and change hues at different angles. Info from a Createx flyer I received in a shipment. I use them a lot as an accent, like the chartruse stripe on the side of sexy shad or a hint of purple on the shoulder of a shad bait.
