MikePaintsBaits
Hey Everyone Have A Question: Would There Be Any Reason Why Bass Pro Would Carry A Certain Strike King Color (Crank Bait) But The Strike King Web Site Doesn't Ever Have The Color Listed ? Thanks For Any Input. Mike Edited March 8, 2017 by MikePaintsBaits
Hughesy
Those are bass pro exclusive colors. When I design a color for BassPro, it becomes their own exclusive color and only available from Bass Pro. After a year, the manufacturer can then offer it in their regular line up of colors if they choose to do so.
MikePaintsBaits
Hey Hughesy Thanks So Much , Did You Design The 1.5 Chartreuse Crazy Shad ? Why Wouldn't Bass Pro Make This Color In other Sizes ? Thanks Mike
Hughesy
Yes I designed that color for them. They make it in a 2 1/2" (1.5) and a 2 3/4 (2.5). Thats the only square bill sizes there are.

MikePaintsBaits
Hey Mark I Did A Test Run , Here's The Bait In A 1.5 , Waiting On The 1.0 Blanks. I've Seen Other Brand Baits With The Silver Scales , But There On The Outside and Fall Off , Tim Did A Great Thing By Clear Coating Over The Scales Sealing Them In. The bait looks good Mike! I thought maybe they were fingernail applications. I seem to remember some that looked like that.

bobv
You can buy xtra large glitter at the craft stores...........
mark poulson
The advantage with using decals is that the glitter is held in a spaced pattern that you can place wherever you like.
