ribeye
I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. Anyone else has had this problem? Would like to hear your feedback.
Flippinstick Mike
For CNC aluminum molds. 4 weeks or more is what I have typically found to be average. Don't panic, it takes time.
ribeye
I've should have been a little more clear. The order was for 5 gallons of plastic and heat stabilizer.
mdl
Some times they wait on a backorder and don't bother to let you know. Give them a call.
ribeye
I just got off the phone with them. That was the problem. They are charging me for shipping on the order. It's only 50 cents away from reaching their free shipping policy and will be a total of 3 weeks total since I placed and will receive my order. Flippinstick Mike
In my experience you'll always pay for shipping on plastisol due to weight. It's one of those exception items just about anywhere you order from.
walleyeking
Do-it is pretty reliable and if you have any problems or concerns a phone call is all it takes to get it corrected. Also if you ordered a 5 gallon pail of ES plastic it states you will be charged actual shipping.
MT204
I continually wonder why does one always post to a forum (any forum) when they have a problem ordering from a company (any company)? Would it not be just as easy to contact the company (verse posting to a forum) and ask them what the problem was? I just had an order that went missing with a company, a quick call and they found it and next day aired it no charge. And remember "attitude" will always affect the outcome!

You probably shouldn't have run over that old lady in the crosswalk on the way to the lake, or, at the least, you should have dragged her out of the road, so no one else hit her. Karma!
ribeye
That's just wrong. I lost an uncle to being hit by a vehicle. Plus I would have gotten out of my truck and helped so called old lady cross the street. I save lives for a living!
