porkmeatballs Posted April 14, 2017 Report Share Posted April 14, 2017 My soft plastic swimbaits have "opaque" and cloudy sides when they come out of the mold... How can I fix this? I did search for more info on this topic, but I only found one thread that was slightly helpful. I'm using a silicone mold if that helps. It can actually make the baits sticky on the surface or stick to a mold more so than normal. Seems that all of Lure Craft and MF scents are worm oil with scent added. Scents like Pro Cure and Upper Hand are their own mixtures. Expand I was assuming the mold was okay and he just wanted to get rid of the dull look.........which is a common problem with silicone molds. I never had any problems using worm oil in those molds.
