Honestly I've never had that happen before with an online purchase. Maybe that's normal for airbrush stuff? AZ Fisher Posted May 5, 2017 Report Share Posted May 5, 2017 They were extremely slow to ship my orders as well and really bad at communicating that stuff was backordered and that they held the whole order two and a half weeks. Had to talk to several employees to get the whole story. Sounds like they have a non-computerized inventory system, I was told " Don't know we're out til the shelf is empty". Good product, good prices, not so good customer service in my opinion. Thanks for the input. Honestly it's annoying, but mostly I was just worried they where fake or something. I'll email them again and try and find out if some particular paint is back ordered. Got them to ship half the order and a brush from another location. I'm just glad they are like an actual for real company. They seem amenable to resolving it, super polite and prompt and all that. thanks again for all the help, this forum is awesome! It definitely helps to get an idea of how to deal with the vendors. I guess I've been lucky as I've never had an order take more than a few days to ship and be delivered. They really did a great job of communicating a resolution, which I appreciated. Hopefully I get the brush from the Oregon location. I just wish they had better track of inventory, but whatever, it's probably not that unusual. I think that if I use them again I'm gonna do what biggbassbaits said and check ahead before I order. Cheap is good though, also customer service and knowledge are definitely worth something. Honestly didn't mean to start a thread just to bash them, I was a little concerned at first when it didn't ship for a week and I just got an auto response to my email. After actually communicating with them, I probably wouldn't have even started the thread.
