MarshManiaC
Guys, I am putting together a new cookbook called "Cookin' with MOJO" to be published later this year and am gathering recipes from outdoorsfolk from all around the country. If anyone would like to email me a recipe that I could include I'd be more than happy to put it in the book. Any recipes I choose will grant the submittor (is that a word?) a free book. Thanks and sorry if this is posted in the wrong area.

cavu
Hi MarshmaniaC My reciept is simple: Catch fish, clean fish, cook fish, eat fish, catch more fish! I will, however, try to come up with something more specific.

cavu
I know this is too simple to include in your book, but here is how I do almost all my fish: Take fish fillet (your choice of type of fish, but shark works great) Place on grill and brush on limon juice and butter mix when fish starts to cook sprinkle on limon pepper or cajun seasoning Repeat the proceedure on the other side. Simple, but tasts great!
MarshManiaC
Nathan, I'm taking in anything... I've gotten a bunch from the guys on this site...tough part will be which ones to use! All this is giving me a broader range of recipes. Like I said, I have a bunch of great cajun stuff but we don't eat fish chowder down here (yet)
