McLuvin175 Posted June 7, 2017 Report Share Posted June 7, 2017 Ultra Marine Blue would be a better choice than phthalo blue and give you a closer match. Ultra Marine Blue will be a bit cloudier in the undertone but will have a nicer blue surface tone.
