alsworms
I started with the POP molds under heat lamps for 30 minutes or so before pouring in them. Worked fine, but eventually I just went with hotter (and thinner) plastic. As the molds warmed up, I'd work with a slightly thicker plastic. Pretty much have to find a method that works for YOU.
rockslide
the only problem with getting the plastic hotter is clear colors amber. might buy a griddle an try placing molds on there for pouring.
rockslide
side note alsworms how did you use to keep your clear color worms clear?
alsworms
Heat stabilizer is the key. Don't know which plastic you use, but just about every supplier sells stabilizer. Add about an ounce to a gallon of plastic and you should be good to go.
Cub48
A toaster oven will work also. If there is not a low enough setting set them on top of the oven it gets warm!! Cub48

Cub48 Goodwill gets toaster ovens often. I picked up 2 for $24 total.
mark poulson
You have be careful heating a POP mold. I've been told that above a certain temperature (250?) the POP will revert to a powder.
