Lucky777
Does anyone have a recipe or might know something to get started with for getting an aquamarine color? I have a color combination I'd like to try and am looking for some advice. Could it possibly work if I used Lure works Emerald Green 121 and Fluorescent Blue 161? Thanks. hpssports
Get some pearl ex green-purple duo powder from hobby lobby. It makes a great aquamarine color.

This is exactly what I was gonna suggest. If you have pinch smidgen dash spoons put a dash in 4 oz of plastic and you will be happy.
McLuvin175
Aquamarine like the gem stone? If so just use a smidge of a smidge of Phthalo Blue.
Lucky777
Thanks for the replies. I'll be headed into town this weekend and I'll try and pick up that powder from HL when I go get some more RTV.
hpssports
They carry quite a few pearl ex colors. The orange & green make great looking crappie baits. Adding a little purple to Junebug really sets it off.
robalo01
In what section of Hobby Lobby do you find these powders?
walleyeking
Unfortunately the ones around me don't seem to put it in the same area. It's kind of random. It is usually in a little display of its own. Hoby lobby doesn't carry a lot of colors. I bought a kit of I think 25 of the 2 gram sizes wich isnt much but let's you get an idea of what colors you like on ebay. Then after you determine what colors you want just buy the 4 oz sizes online.
Lucky777
I went there last week and had to ask where it would be and showed him a pic. Walleyeking is right. they're in a display all by themselves. And yes, they only had a few colors but did have the color I needed.
