Gr8flyz
These are 1/8 & 1/4 oz saltwater feather jigs I make for Seatrout & Stripers, using a Shad dart head! The paint is vinyl, with a clear glitter overcoat. There's silver holographic & pearl Flashabou in with the hackle. The hook is a Mustad O'Shaughnessy tinned jig hook, sizes 1, 1/0 & 2/0 Good for shallow water & light tackle casting or trolling.
woodsac
Saltwater might not be my thing, but I can tell you that those would do a number on smallmouth as well. They look great!

Gr8flyz
Thanks for the fine comments guys! Woodsac, Smallies & Stripers are my two favorite fish, and I also have a version that I tie for Smallies! I'm real fond of hair jigs for Smallies, but sometimes a feather jig is that "something different" lure, that's not used by most anglers :!:
Mercury
Hey that looks like a killer set up! I wouldnt mind trying somthing llike that someday! Evreyone to red's house to try it out.............. It looks like it should be pretty snag free. Nice work!
Celticav
I would like to try that on these GA largemouths! Great looking jig, nice job, JIM
Maze
That'd be a killer here as well, especially on the bass but I'm betting on a few others as well. I've seen a friend do pretty well with something somewhat similar on walleye from time to time. Thanks for the pic and keep it up!! maze
