The upgrade completed, but it seems to have wiped out some of the customizations we had done recently, so the upper level menus have disappeared. They're just not showing up properly in the dropdown menu. I checked most other bookmarks before moving into panic mode, but this seems to be the only one. I just assumed some kinks are being worked out.
