Les Young
What are some of the better yet economical beaver style molds that you guys have experience with? don't really want anything over 4 inches in length & want something with the option to leave tails attached together. Thanks

Flippinstick Mike
The Angling AI stinger comes in 2 sizes and the tails can be left attached. It shoots great.
army-boot
I've got the 4in Angling AI stinger as well as several other beaver style molds. THey're great. I just purchased some similar molds from ebay as well.

Les Young
Thanks guys. I'm trying to trade an angling ai 6 cavity super bacon mold for some now. I like the looks of enforcers cb 400 too. How does the stinger compare as far as action goes to a sweet beaver? Thanks
ScottyMac
Very similar in that there is not much action at all. It glides just like the Beav. I fish it completely intact from 3/16 - 1 1/4oz. with excellent results.

SRJ
How do you present this Beaver bait? Football jig?
Les Young
I normally Texas rig with tails together when the fish are funky & lots of times the gliding fall will get hit. Usually if splitting tails on them is working for my buddy I usually catch more on brush hogs then. You can rig them on jighead, shakey head or any other way you can think of too.
