RedDevil
anybody know where I can get one if those round skirt tools like naked bait company used to make?
Anglinarcher
This would be a good time for a picture. I for one don't have a clue which one the Naked Bait company used. If others are like me, we can help with lots of different skirt tools, and can probably hook you up, but we would need to know which one. And, of course, there is a possibility that they used a custom unit. Help? Need picture.

Thanks for the pic.

JimP
Here is a version of the devise you mention that I made a few years ago. This is made with oak plywood and worked well. The original wooden pin holders were replace with PCV board version which were slicker worked better. Also this one is slightly larger than the purchased one. Even being made on a CNC machine it is too much effort to turn out for what they were asking. I know they no longer make them. Just letting you know you can make one.

Anglinarcher
Talent I might have, tools I don't have. I wish I had access to something like it though.
Les Young
I wonder what an almost new naked bait skirt expander would be worth? I have one & put less than 50 jigs together with it & haven't used it since i hooked up with a local jig company.

FrogAddict
I made a really poor one a couple years ago and then rarely used it since I now tied all my jigs instead.
