robbor
Anyone try making a silicone or other diy mold on really small plastics? I can do molds with metal master but not really small plastics 1/2" to 1.5".
Anglinarcher
Yes, I have done a silicone mold for small plastics. The key to remember is that plastisol is thick enough that it does not like going into the small cavities so you either need to use a squish type mold or inject. I did a squish type where you over fill then put the second half on (or allow the mold to close if you are using a one piece squish) and have it squeeze out. Hope this helps some. The following might give you some hints. http://www.makelure.com/store/pg/54-How-To-Videos.aspx#prettyPhoto/117/
