Ba$$Buddha Posted June 5, 2018 Report Share Posted June 5, 2018 Not sure if you figured this out or not. I'm new to this forum. I build a lot of ice rods in the fall\winter. I just use wrapping thread under where the oversized winding check butts up to the handle. Keep adding layers until you have a snug fit. Then apply finishing epoxy.
