clemmy
Sorry to revisit this topic again, but i reread the old posts and there was one thing I didn't understand.. What are laminated bags? I read a post that you should use laminated ziplocks to keep your scents in. But I've gone to like 20 suppliers online and none have said anything about laminated. I found UV shielded (which would be good I guess), anti-static, colors, tinted, but no laminated... Please educate me!

Pop
Are you sure about holding in the scent? I've been told that only the laminated bags will hold in the scent. Thanks, Pop
james bradshaw
They told us that the laminated bags are polypropylene bags. The only difference is the laminated bags are lined with another bag. Two bags in one. I havent had any problems with scent or oil with the polypropylene bags. I know I can't afford laminated bags, at the minimum they want me to buy. Not to mention I wouldn't use that many for a long time. Just my experience maybe you guys have a different experience. GB GONE
Bought some 6x6 4mil resealable bags on ebay for $6.00/100. I'll let everbody know about them as the guy says he has plenty and can do a better deal. Jim PS He says 3 or 4 mil will hold the oil/scent easy. WidowMaker
Bagco makes a ultra high clarity ziplock bag. It is as clear as glass and really makes a product look good. But there may be one draw back. I purchased a supply of them and found out not just any pressure sensitive/adhesive type label will stick to the surface of the bag. I had to resort to a bit more expensive lazer print label stock. But they are worth looking into. www.bagco.com Just remember if you do go for the ultra high clarity ziplock bag you may have to use the Lazer Print Label Stock. One good thing is once it is stuck to the bag it is pretty much a water proof label. The supplier for the Lazer Print Label Stock stock is: Federal Barcode and Film Masters 11680 Hawke Road Columbia Station OH. 44028 Phone: (440) 748-8060 Even if you dont want a lazer print type label Federal Barcode offers numerous shapes and sizes of ink jet type label stock. They have a transparent film page with all the label sizes on it. You can tape it to the window and hold the plastic bags up to it which will help find the right size. Its a real quick way to locate the right size label.
