When heated the vinyl melts into the liquid and when cooled becomes a rubbery soft material, the kind used for worms. Call us at 800-533-5843 if you have any other questions.Delvie's Plastics inc. This is the reply email I received from Delvie's Plastics. I ran across them on the net. I basically just asked for a little more info on their products (web site is very uninformative).
