Urbancaveman
Hi everyone, I have started making some large spinnerbaits for muskie and have been using egg sinkers as heads because i don't have a mold to form heads onto wire. I have been attaching them to the wire using epoxy, but am wondering if anyone has soldered them on to the wire? Just wondering how the strength is and if they would break free after a strike from a fish. Thanks
21xdc
Solder wont hold. I'd consider the do it mold 3226 SJ-3B_L or 3304 SJ-C2-L Depending on the weight you want. Or the 3368 SJ-3H-X for the beast!

Musky Glenn
Lure parts on line have unpainted one ounce heads for $1.00 or $1.50 for 2.5 oz. heads. Good heads to work with.
