caster
Hey guy's the best way to ship should be USPS Flat Rate. What ever they charge us is what we charge you. Caster

Caster So how much lead (weight) can you get in a medium flat rate box? How big are the bars? Reason I'm asking is I don't want to be cutting bars to size to fit in my pot. So a 1" thick x 2" x 7-12" long would be ideal for me. Just FYI, the biggest problem I see with guys shipping lead flat rate, is packaging. They never wrap or band it strong enough and the boxes fall apart, losing some contents. I'm not saying this is the way you ship, I'm just stating this is what I have received from other sellers on line.
caster
Cad man the ingot size is a 3 1/4 long x 1 3/8 wide. i think I can put up too 72 lbs. We have sipped this before and as far as I know it stayed together. Caster
Jonah
You might want to check with USPS, my carrier told me the weight limit on Flat Rate boxes is 70 pounds. Even though it's printed on the box "If it fits, it ships"
