Nathan
Just wanted to pass along a useful tool...I’ve built wooden Baits for over 25 years and just came across this a few months ago...buy one of these Loon mixing cups...They work fantastic for mixing up your top coat.Because they are made of a silicone type product the epoxies won’t stick to it...when the left over epoxy in the cup is dry..just squeeze the cup and the epoxy pops right out.It will be the best 8.00 bucks you’ll spend..They are available through Amazon..Nathan
woodieb8
that's pretty slick, no pun intended. I go thru hundreds of cups monthly. ..thanks again.
mark poulson
Thanks for the tip. I've been using Norpro silicone measuring cups for years to heat my plastisol, but I never thought to use one to mix epoxy. https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_sc_1_16?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=silicone+measuring+cup&sprefix=silicone+measure%2Caps%2C294&crid=ZP5FFHJUQJME&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Asilicone+measuring+cup Edited September 7, 2018 by mark poulson
