basscatlildave
I know that you can add a small nut to your colors to help them mix up. Since I don't get to play with my plastics enough could I add some in it to help it mix up better when I shake it ?

Frank
You could but there nothing like making sure all of it is off the bottom and mixed in. Get something that you can scrape the bottom well. You really want to make sure it is all mixed up.
mark poulson
Bear in mind I am just a hobby pourer, so this might not work for you. I bought a small paint mixer for my colors. It works. You can Google small paint mixer and see a lot of options. Edited January 11, 2019 by mark poulson

Me also but I wanted to make sure something would not happen if stainless nuts just stayed in the plastisol. Thanks guys.
Bass-Boys
should be fine.
Jig Man
What I do with my plastisol is take a wire coat hanger, I open it all the way up and cut off the ends where it has been wound. I make a bend about 6 inches long and bring it back to the main wire. Then I take the main wire and make a 90° bend. That creates an L shaped wire with a double wire on the bottom. I put it in a drill and place it in the bottle and turn on the drill. It can be used to scrape the bottom and sides and does a heck of a mixing job. I keep it right beside the plastisol jugs so it will always be handy.
Les Young
I scrape it with a wire brush cleaned welding rod & then shake it.
