Tuna
I plan to do 200 large spinners out of .035 SS wire. Twisted loop eye size 1/8" to 5/32" ID. I would like opinions on an inexpensive wire forming tool that would make nice uniform loops. Thanks in advance.
cadman
I have a Hagen's and although not cheap. it has performed flawlessly for me. There is also an adaptor you can buy in case you want to use heavier wire.

clemmy
I have both the Hagen’s and a Boggs Tacklemaker. The Hagens is a serious tool, but Boggs and Twistech would handle that wire fine. I know it’s a silly question, but do you need both ends to be finished loops? Otherwise for 200 it be cheaper to just buy pre made forms. Of course then you wouldn’t have a bender to play with in the future. Last option would be the Dubro hand bender at twenty bucks or so, but I think that’s only rated to .032” clemmy

Kasilofchrisn
I have both a Haggens and a Twist tech. I'm starting to like the twistech better. I wouldn't buy a Boggs. Too limiting for me but then again I don't think they are made anymore.

It means I need to have a large gap between the beads and the loop. i tend to get my worth $5 job out and use it instead.

Apdriver
I think you made a nice choice. It’s a good tool and for what you are getting a pretty good price, IMO.
