Of course, this is also done through human eyes. I wonder how bass would perceive the colors at 25 or 50 feet in fresh water? Good video. Kageyama is a book on the subject I have in my library, but it gets pretty fussy. He recommends looking at your lures through plastic sheets the color of the water you will fish, etc... Brick Steel Posted February 27, 2019 Report Share Posted February 27, 2019 That is a great video! Since I bass fish (in Florida), I am seldom concerned with depths greater than 20 feet. It is interesting to me that the color red doesn't really fade until almost 20 feet. I thought it would fade at shallow depth. Live and learn.
