cope102 Posted February 21, 2019 Report Share Posted February 21, 2019 I just got a spray gun for powder from barlows and I have a 60 psi compressor and have it regulated to about 8-10 psi. My question is how can i spray and not have to much over spray? or is that possible? Any tips or advice for using a powder spray gun would be greatly appreciated! The first is air pressure, if your regulator allows it try to get it under 5 psi. The second thing is getting close and using short quick pulses rather than just holding the trigger down. After that it is just practice, and remember, you aren't going to get fine detail like a regular airbrush and paint but you can layer and blend colors really well. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
