go4bas Posted October 30, 2004 Report Share Posted October 30, 2004 I am looking for your input on a few questions: 1) What is the normal process for designing and making a custom lead mold for new jig heads, spinner bodies, etc. 2) Is there anyone out there who does custom cnc machining for our industry? 3) How do we automate this process for large quantities if we desire to do so? 4) What is the machinery required and costs for such items? You will need drawings done to provide to the machine shop. Costs = Rate of shop/ drafter time.Production eqiup. is out there, as is having them done for you.
