21xdc
I'm thinking something with a small amount of green pumpkin, little chartreuse and blue high light? Looking for others opinions and results.... These are for a bladed jig trailer.
mark poulson
When I pour my Zako-type baits, I use green pumpkin with green and blue flake, and dip the tails in chartreuse dip and dye.
21xdc
These are just tails, And I don't really want glitter/flash. Our clear water gills have a turquoise looking tail and no flash. That is what I'm trying to get. Hard to explain.. I don't want to dip 1000 baits tails. Electric turquoise? Maybe that is what I want...

mark poulson
Sorry, I really can't help you with the color, but that is a slick way to add a tail!
Frank
So you want a color like the picture. Going to be tough unless you think outside the box. That is really close to a color called Tiffany. Yes the jewelry company. There is a lot of different ideas on it if you google that word. We made one at work but can’t remember what the color family was. I can look and give you a better idea this week.
21xdc
Maybe I will need to just do a light dose of green pumpkin and add glitter called Ocean from Do-It.

Les Young
Mike, what about some blue with a little watermelon? I made some finesse worms colored like the old blue creme worms from about 30 years ago for a buddy & they looked very close to that. I remember that it was just a few ( seems like it was 3)drops lureworks pthalo blue & either one or two drops lurecraft watermelon to 3 ounces of plastic. It was extremely close to what you're looking for. Edited July 15, 2019 by Les Young
21xdc
I don't make plastics.... I'm having them made and looking for a sure thing recipe. I don't want to keep paying for 500 at a time until I like them. LOL

Munkin
https://www.lurecraft.com/SUPER-HI-LITE/products/17/ Mike they make a turquoise highlight powder. I have no idea what it looks like but I do use the blue powder for white baits to give them the pearl blue glimmer look. Allen
21xdc
Thoughts on less green pumpkin colorant and some of this? It's not the hi-lite... https://www.lurecraft.com/Pearl-Turquoise-Powder-Pigment/productinfo/1X751/ This is the hi-lite https://www.lurecraft.com/Super-Hi-Lite-Luster-Pigment-TURQUOISE/productinfo/1X289/
