Les Young
Is there a mold similar to the zoom little critter craw or strike king bitsy bug crawfish jig trailer? Thanks
Apdriver
Zooms lil critter is 3” long. Here’s one from lurecraft that’s 3.5”. Pretty similar. https://www.lurecraft.com/3-1_2-Craw-Alum-3-Cav-2-Pc-Injection-Mold/productinfo/5XLU-156/
Les Young
Apdriver, I actually got my old silicone little critter craw molds back & I want to modify them. What can I use to fill the gaps where the antenna are & the small back legs too? Is there a high temp putty? This is an experiment for a low action Ned rig craw. Apdriver
Just for an experiment and small quantity needed, why couldn’t you just trim those appendages off some baits to try out the experiment. Then if you are sure you want to modify, you could use some high temp RTV. I know guys have a lot of success with it filling in aluminum molds pouring lead which is about twice the heat of plastisol.
