Which wire cutting to use cutting tag off loop

I think there is a specific wire cutter for trimming the tag end after finishing a loop. Look at the photo, that’s a manufacturer’s end cut. I cannot get that close. Anyone know what that wire cutters name would be? Thank you for helping me out

These are cut to specific length, then twisted using a commercial wire tool like a Hagens. So it’s cut before the twist.

Snips and a little grind with a dremel is how I get mine close

Like Apdriver said they don't cut the end it's made via a wireforming tool such as a Hagen's or a twistech.

Cut to length then bend the loop on the end and twist(wrap) to finish.

How about no cutter at all.  Get a good grip of your twisted eye with some small vise grips with the tag pointing out from the edge of the jaws.  If the tag is long enough just give it three for four bends as far as you can get and the wire will break off clean at the edge of the jaws. For short tags another set of pliers will be needed to bend the wire.

Cut wires will have a sharp stub, broken wires are much less sharp.  Been using this method for years and never cut the wire.

I use a high quality wire cutter to cut as close as i can and then i use a flat nose pliers to pinch down the tag end a little closer. Usually works very well.

I use a Dremel cutter, and remove sharp edges at the same time.
