Sounds like some of the hobby lobby's in the U.S and maybe some of the Michaels have it, I managed to find a roll on Amazon a while back. If you wrap it tight you get smaller holes or less tight (not loose) they will be bigger. Sometimes you can find it with really irregular shaped holes and that is best!
