Bassbme Posted April 15, 2020 Report Share Posted April 15, 2020 I'm just curious if anyone knows whether they are open and shipping or not. Or if they had to close as part of the shut downs. I've tried numerous calls and always go to voice mail. I have left messages on voice mail, and sent e mails. All with no reply. Has anyone gotten anything from them lately to let me know if this order I am waiting to place with them, will be any good. I don't want to tie money up with them if it's not going to ship. If you don't mind my asking, when you place an order with them, do they send you an e mail with confirmation that the order was received? And I realize that they may not be shipping as quickly right now, but do they normally ship pretty fast? The reason I ask is because I don't want to be stuck guessing. The Rook Posted April 15, 2020 Report Share Posted April 15, 2020 Yes, you'll get an order confirmation and receipt. UPS will also send you a ship confirmation e-mail with tracking. My inability to get a response via phone or e mail had me a little worried, But based on what you and The Rook said, I feel a lot better about my order with them. I placed it on the 16th, so that's pretty darned fast in my book. Real darned fast considering the circumstances of the country.
